At Best in Flight we take your privacy seriously. Best in Flight will collect certain information about you during the course of doing business with you and providing you flight training.  You are required to supply this information, and notify us when it changes. This is a condition of doing business with Best in Flight. We are required by the Federal govennment to collect and retain certain records on you, depending on your status. We protect this data with the same care as we do our own financial records. This data is available to federal authorities on demand.

U.S. Citizens who are candidates for new certificates and ratings

• A copy of your passport or birth certificate before your second lesson
• Your address, phone and email address
• A copy of your training records

U.S. Citizens who desire to rent or desire flight reviews

• Your address, phone, and email address

Foreign nationals, including permanent residents

• A copy of your passport
• A photo of you
• Copies of your permission from the TSA

All pilots

• We do not keep your credit card information on file.
• Best in Flight may share credit information with third parties as required for the collection of outstanding accounts.
